Howard (receptionist)
Howard retired from the Air Force in 1990. When his daughter, Andrea, decided she wanted to be a veterinarian, Howard got a job at a veterinary office part time. Even though Andrea has since changed her mind about her career, Howard continues to work in the veterinary field. He started with Boyette in 1994. Howard has had dachshunds his whole adult life, and currently shares his home with a doxie named Smores.
Nancy (receptionist)
Nancy has been in the veterinary field for over 16 years. She has been married to her husband, Steve, for 10 years. They share their home with a dog: Giana, and 2 cats: Lil Peanut and Sapphire. Away from work Nancy enjoys collecting antiques and spending time with family.
Kassie (receptionist)
Kassie has 3 children: Cheyenne, Chad, and Savannah. They share their home with 2 dogs: Hayden, a springer spaniel, and Princess, a shih-tzu. Away from work, Kassie enjoys going to the beach, visiting Disney, and hanging out with family. She is currently pursuing a degree in nursing.
Lori (receptionist)
After spending 25 years in law enforcement, Lori decided to pursue her second passion: Animals! She happily joined the Boyette family as one of the front receptionists. Her hobbies include reading, tennis, and volunteer work.
Jada (receptionist)
Jada has three children: Brandy, Shannon, and Kevin, a son-in-law: Chuckie, and a granddaughter: Hailey (affectionately known as Peanut). Away from work Jada enjoys watching movies, going to the beach, and Sunday cook-outs with family and friends.

Following years in the medical profession including X-ray Operations and E.S.R.D. Nurse of the Year, Dawn has changed focus to pursue her lifetime compassion for animals. Cats Frisky, Morgan, Toe Toes and German shepherd Cir share their home with Dawn and her husband Chris. Away from work she enjoys biking, working out and caring for her feral cat colonies. Dawn has two sons, Mark and Mike, both serving in the military, a grandson Marcus, and a second grandbaby on the way.
Kelly (receptionist)
Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and spending time outdoors. Kelly and her husband, James, have 2 children and 2 grandchildren. They share their home with one dog and three cats.
